Tagul You can use this program to create word clouds and will have the ability to create your own shapes to fit any topic.
Storybird - This is a unique program which will allow you to select artwork and create a story to go with it. I haven't explored all of the artwork that is available but would like to see if there are pieces that would work with a non-fiction topic.
